Refund policy

If a card's NFC chip doesn't work on arrival, email us within 30 days and we'll replace it free of charge or refund it.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your cards ship. Just email hello@revvotap.com with your order details.

Unused cards in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.

Damage caused by drilling, bending, heat or heavy wear, and requests made outside the windows above.
